Delete In The App
The fastest way to delete your account is inside Wedlune:
- Open the Wedlune app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm your password when prompted.
Request Deletion By Email
If you cannot access the app, email support@wedlune.com from the email address used for your Wedlune account and include “Account deletion request” in the subject. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.
What Is Deleted
Account deletion removes your authentication account, profile, private AI data and consent records, analytics, and account-specific storage where technically possible. If no partner remains, the wedding plan and its planning data and shared files are also deleted. If a partner remains, the shared wedding plan, planning records, activity history, and shared files remain available to that partner; your private AI data is not transferred. Storage-file deletion may finish asynchronously after the account closes.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, tax/accounting, dispute handling, or legal compliance. Deleting your Wedlune account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an active Google Play or Apple App Store subscription; manage it through the store where it was purchased.
